New Point Collection Scheme
With new BROWN Reward Program, here come a better way of points collection. In the past, you get one point from one drink you purchased no matter what the drink size. On top of that, we know you tend to have a piece of cake, a pastry or sometime a dish of comfort food along with your coffee; yet you have never got points from those expenses. Now you will earn points from everything you purchase and can use it to get everything available for sale in BROWN. You earn one point from one dollar expense. We guarantee, you’ll gain more than previous scheme.

Points Expiration
Starting from 7th October, 2022, we have set an expiration date on your points. All points that you collect in this year (which ever month) will be expired on 31st December next year. In short, your points will be valid between 12 months and 24 months. For example, if you collect 10 points in January, 2022 and 5 points in December, 2022. Assume that you do not use your points at all, then on mid-night of 31st December, 2023, all the 15 points you collected in 2022 will be expired. We want you to enjoy the benefits in the program, and we’re committed to giving you merchandise, gift and new products for you to redeem.

Points conversion for existing BROWN Reward Member
In previous reward scheme, you have collected and save many points, and we understand that some of you collect a point from small size drink, some of you collect from medium & large size. With your points collection history, in order to ensure your existing points have the same value in par with your past spending, we will multiply your points by 3 times. You may say “hey, but I need more points now than before to get one item free”. Yes, you will, yet as motioned above, you will get points from every dollar you purchase even you spend on food, pastry, and merchandises. And if you notice, if you drink Medium size drink, you actually collect 3 points and 4 points if you drink from large. Moving forward, we assure you will be able to collect much more points than in the past and enjoy greater benefits.
